Je crois que je ne suis pas la seule qui r\u00eave que les beaux jours s&rsquo;installent et r\u00e9chauffent l&rsquo;air ambiant. Je souhaite pouvoir sortir sans craindre l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9, retrouver mes habits l\u00e9gers et surtout mes sandales&#8230; D&rsquo;accord, pour ce dernier item, il faudra probablement que je les remplace. Bref, je n&rsquo;ai pas l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre au printemps et je me demande si l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 va arriver&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Pour trouver un peu de r\u00e9confort en attendant le soleil, je vous propose des biscuits \u00e0 la vanille. J&rsquo;ai pris cette <a href=\" http:\/\/eatcookandlove.blogspot.ch\/2012\/12\/biscuits-shortbread-la-vanille.html\" target=\"_blank\">recette<\/a> chez Gabrielle de <a href=\" http:\/\/eatcookandlove.blogspot.com\" target=\"_blank\">Eat cook and love<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"recettebody\">\n\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgrecette\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2013\/2013.05\/shortbread_petit.jpg\" alt=\"Biscuits \u00e0 la vanille\" title=\"Biscuits \u00e0 la vanille\" \/>\n\t<div class=\"recettetitle\">\n\t\t<strong>Biscuits style shortbread \u00e0 la vanille<\/strong>\n\t\t<br><em>Pour 15 biscuits<\/em>\n\t\t<div class=\"ingredients\">\n\t\t\t<br>1 tasse ou 120 g de farine\n<br>\u00bd tasse ou 110 g de beurre non sal\u00e9, temp\u00e9r\u00e9\n<br>\u00bd tasse ou 80 g de sucre glace*\n<br>1 gousse de vanille ou 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 d&rsquo;extrait de vanille\n<br>\u00bc de cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 de sel\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"recette\">\n\t\t<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F).<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, verser le sucre. Ouvrir les gousses de vanille sur la longueur et gratter, avec l\u2019aide d\u2019un couteau, les graines \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. D\u00e9poser les graines de vanille dans le sucre et m\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient uniform\u00e9ment r\u00e9parties. Incorporer le beurre, puis la farine et le sel. Ajouter \u00e0 ce moment l&rsquo;extrait de vanille.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9lever environ 1\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de p\u00e2te et fa\u00e7onner en boule chaque biscuit.<\/p>\n\t\t<div class=\"imginline2\" >\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2013\/2013.05\/shortbread_01.jpg\" >\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imginline2\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2013\/2013.05\/shortbread_01.jpg\" alt=\"Biscuits style shortbread \u00e0 la vanille\" title=\"Biscuits style shortbread \u00e0 la vanille\" \/>\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<\/div>\n<p>D\u00e9poser les biscuits sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier parchemin. Enfourner et cuire pendant 10 \u00e0 12 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les biscuits commencent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e0 blondir sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s.
