Je manque encore un peu d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience pour \u00eatre au point avec les quantit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours des prochaines semaines, je vais vous pr\u00e9senter les plats que j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9s&#8230; et que j&rsquo;ai pu photographier. Je commence par une trempette : j&rsquo;adore les crudit\u00e9s et je ne con\u00e7ois pas un buffet sans. J&rsquo;ai pris cette <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ricardocuisine.com\/recettes\/3469-trempette-a-l-italienne\" target=\"_blank\">recette<\/a> chez <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radio-canada.ca\/emissions\/ricardo\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ricardo<\/a> tir\u00e9e de son magazine volume 1, num\u00e9ro 1.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"recettebody\">\n\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgrecette\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2013\/2013.08\/trempette_italienne_petit.jpg\" alt=\"Trempette au basilic\" title=\"Trempette au basilic\" \/>\n\t<div class=\"recettetitle\">\n\t\t<strong>Trempette \u00e0 l&rsquo;italienne<\/strong>\n\t\t<br><em>Pour 125 ml de sauce<\/em>\n\t\t<div class=\"ingredients\">\n\t\t\t<br>1\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;huile, <br\/>&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00e9goutt\u00e9es\n<br>\u00bd oignon vert ou oignon nouveau\n<br>\u00bc de tasse ou 50 g de mayonnaise\n<br>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de yogourt nature\n<br>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de basilic frais cisel\u00e9\n<br>Poivre\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"recette\">\n\t\t<p>Couper finement les tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es et l&rsquo;oignon vert (ou l&rsquo;oignon nouveau).<\/p>\n<p>Dans le bol d&rsquo;un robot muni d&rsquo;une lame en \u00ab s \u00bb*, verser les tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, l&rsquo;oignon, la mayonnaise, le yogourt et le basilic. Au besoin, ajouter un peu de mayonnaise pour assouplir la texture.
