Je dois avouer que je ne l&rsquo;ai jamais vraiment utilis\u00e9 pour d\u00e9finir ces bouch\u00e9es de poulet : les croquettes. Quand on n&rsquo;a pas envie de se creuser la t\u00eate, c&rsquo;est le repas id\u00e9al : simple et rapide. En plus, cette version est une recette sant\u00e9, du moins beaucoup plus que ce que vous retrouvez \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9picerie au rayon des surgel\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La <a href=\"http:\/\/www.recettes.qc.ca\/recettes\/recette.php?id=1285&#038;rdj=&#038;pub=\">recette<\/a> que je vous propose cette fois a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9nich\u00e9e sur le site de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.recettes.qc.ca\/index.php\">Recette du Qu\u00e9bec<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"recettebody\">\n\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgrecette\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2009.10\/croquettes_poulet_petit.jpg\" alt=\"Savoureuse et sant\u00e9\" title=\"Savoureuse et sant\u00e9\" \/>\n\t<div class=\"recettetitle\">\n\t\t<strong>Croquettes de poulet<\/strong>\n\t\t<br \/><em>Pour 3 personnes<\/em>\n\t\t<div class=\"ingredients\">\n\t\t\t<br \/>300 g de poitrines de poulet\n<br \/>1 blanc d&rsquo;oeuf\n<br \/>\u00be tasse ou 90 g de chapelure *\n<br \/>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 d&rsquo;origan s\u00e9ch\u00e9**\n<br \/>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 de paprika\n<br \/>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 de thym\n<br \/>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9pices BBQ ou d&rsquo;\u00e9pices \u00e0 poulet\n\n<br \/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"recette\">\n\t\t<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F).<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la chapelure, l&rsquo;origan, le thym, le paprika et les \u00e9pices BBQ. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9couper les poitrines de poulet en cubes. Dans un autre bol, d\u00e9poser le blanc d&rsquo;oeuf et en enrober les morceaux de poulet. Rouler ensuite les morceaux de poulet dans la chapelure et les d\u00e9poser sur un plaque de cuisson.<\/p>\n\t\t<div class=\"imginline\" >\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2009.10\/croquettes_poulet_01.jpg\" >\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imginline\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2009.10\/croquettes_poulet_01.jpg\" alt=\"Croquettes de poulet\" title=\"Croquettes de poulet\" \/>\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<\/div>\n<p>Enfourner les croquettes pendant 20 \u00e0 30 minutes selon leur taille.
