Pourtant l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de pr\u00e9parer une brioche m&rsquo;a bel et bien effleur\u00e9 l&rsquo;esprit (en prime, j&rsquo;ai m\u00eame deux recettes en t\u00eate). Peut-\u00eatre dimanche prochain. La semaine qui va d\u00e9buter s&rsquo;annonce mouvement\u00e9e et ensuite, je prendrais du temps pour retrouver mes marques.<\/p>\n<p>En attendant, voici une recette toute simple de filet de porc. Cette recette est tir\u00e9e du magazine <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boutiquecuisinefutee.ca\/produit\/magazine-dete-cuisine-futee\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Cuisine fut\u00e9e, Un \u00e9t\u00e9 BBQ<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"recettebody\">\n\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgrecette\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2017\/2017.10\/porc_hawaien_petit.jpg\" alt=\"Filet de porc \u00e0 l'hawa\u00efenne\" title=\"Filet de porc \u00e0 l'hawa\u00efenne\" \/>\n\t<div class=\"recettetitle\">\n\t\t<strong>Filet de porc \u00e0 l&rsquo;hawa\u00efenne<\/strong>\n\t\t<br\/><em>Pour 3 personnes<\/em>\n\t\t<div class=\"ingredients\">\n\t\t\t<br>350 g de filet de porc\n<br>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cassonade ou de sucre roux\n<br>1\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de p\u00e2te de tomate\n<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron\n<br>Zeste de \u00bd citron\n<br>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de gingembre hach\u00e9\n<br>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sauce soja\n<br>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 d&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9\n<br>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 d&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same grill\u00e9\n<br>Fleur de sel\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"recette\">\n\t\t<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 190\u00b0C (375\u00b0F).<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la cassonade, la p\u00e2te de tomate, le jus de citron, le zeste, le gingembre, la sauce soja, l&rsquo;ail et l&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same grill\u00e9. Ajouter le filet de porc et l&rsquo;enrober de marinade.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9poser le filet de porc sur une plaque de cuisson et enfourner pendant 17 \u00e0 20 minutes. Couvrir de papier d&rsquo;aluminium et laisser reposer pendant 5 minutes. Saupoudrer le filet de porc de fleur de sel, trancher et servir.
