La fatigue, des fraises qui r\u00e9clament mon attention et juste l&rsquo;envie de me reposer pour clore ce dimanche.<\/p>\n<p>Sans plus attendre, je vous propose une recette de pilons de poulet \u00e0 la moutarde. <a href=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/?p=15815\" rel=\"noopener\">Encore<\/a> effectivement, mais je trouve que l&rsquo;on peut obtenir des r\u00e9sultats bien diff\u00e9rent en se basant sur un m\u00eame ingr\u00e9dient. J&rsquo;ai pris cette <a href=\"http:\/\/www.troisfoisparjour.com\/fr\/web\/trois-fois-par-jour\/recettes\/viandes\/ailes-de-poulet-a-la-moutarde-crumble-d-oignons-frits\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">recette<\/a> sur le site de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.troisfoisparjour.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Trois fois par jour<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"recettebody\">\n\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgrecette\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2018\/2018.06\/pilon_moutarde_sriracha_petit.jpg\" alt=\"Pilons de poulet \u00e0 la moutarde\" title=\"Pilons de poulet \u00e0 la moutarde\" \/>\n\t<div class=\"recettetitle\">\n\t\t<strong>Pilons de poulet \u00e0 la moutarde<\/strong>\n\t\t<br\/><em>Pour 3 personnes<\/em>\n\t\t<div class=\"ingredients\">\n\t\t\t<br>600 g de pilons de poulet*\n<br>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de moutarde jaune ou douce\n<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de cassonade\n<br>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 de sauce sriracha\n<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale\n<br>1 gousse d&rsquo;ail\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"recette\">\n\t\t<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C (400\u00b0F).<\/p>\n<p>Hacher l&rsquo;ail et la d\u00e9poser dans un grand bol, ajouter la moutarde, la cassonade, la sauce sriracha et l&rsquo;huile. Bien m\u00e9langer**, puis enrober les pilons de poulets de ce m\u00e9lange. D\u00e9poser les pilons de poulet sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier parchemin.<\/p>\n\t\t<div class=\"imginline2\" >\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2018\/2018.06\/pilon_moutarde_sriracha_01.jpg\" >\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imginline2\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2018\/2018.06\/pilon_moutarde_sriracha_01.jpg\" alt=\"Pilons de poulet \u00e0 la moutarde et...\" title=\"Pilons de poulet \u00e0 la moutarde et...\" \/>\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<\/div>\n<p>Enfourner et cuire pendant 45 minutes. \u00c0 mi-cuisson, retourner les pilons de poulet. Servir et d\u00e9guster avec plaisir.<\/p>\n<p>*Il est possible de r\u00e9aliser cette recette avec des ailes de poulet.
