Je vous propose simplement une nouvelle recette de mousse au chocolat. Cette mousse se d\u00e9guste bien seule ou accompagn\u00e9 de fruits de saison&#8230; comme pourquoi pas des fraises!<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"recettebody\">\n\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgrecette\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2019\/2019.05\/mousse_ricardo_petit.jpg\" alt=\"Mousse au chocolat de Ricardo\" title=\"Mousse au chocolat de Ricardo\" \/>\n\t<div class=\"recettetitle\">\n\t\t<strong>Mousse au chocolat de Ricardo<\/strong>\n\t\t<br\/><em>Pour 6 \u00e0 8 personnes<\/em>\n\t\t<div class=\"ingredients\">\n\t\t\t<br>3 oeufs\n<br>\u00bd tasse ou 100 g de sucre\n<br>225 g (8 onces) de chocolat noir \u00e0 environ 70% de cacao\n<br>2 tasses ou 500 g de cr\u00e8me 35 % ou enti\u00e8re\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"recette\">\n\t\t<p>Hacher finement le chocolat.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le bol d&rsquo;un bain-marie, fouetter les oeufs avec le sucre. Poser le bol sur le bain-marie, fouetter les oeufs sans arr\u00eat pendant 6 \u00e0 8 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit \u00e9pais et onctueux. Retirer le bol du bain-marie et ajouter le chocolat hach\u00e9. Laisser reposer pendant 1 minute, puis m\u00e9langer pour incorporer le chocolat. Si le chocolat n&rsquo;est pas totalement fondu, remettre le bol sur le bain-marie bri\u00e8vement. Laisser reposer le m\u00e9lange pendant 5 minutes avant de poursuivre la recette.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un autre bol, fouetter la cr\u00e8me jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle forme des pics plut\u00f4t fermes. Verser la mousse dans un grand bol ou dans des verrines. Couvrir avec une pellicule plastique apposer directement sur la mousse. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer au moins 6 heures.
