J&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement un nouveau livre de cuisine que j&rsquo;esp\u00e8re recevoir bient\u00f4t qui pourra m&rsquo;inspirer.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;instant, je vous propose un r\u00f4ti de porc froid charcuti\u00e8re. J&rsquo;ai pris cette <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ptitchef.com\/recettes\/plat\/roti-de-porc-froid-charcutiere-fid-816772\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">recette<\/a> sur le site de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ptitchef.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Ptit Chef<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"recettebody\">\n\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgrecette\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2022\/2022.09\/porc_charcutiere_petit.jpg\" alt=\"R\u00f4ti de porc froid charcuti\u00e8re\" title=\"R\u00f4ti de porc froid charcuti\u00e8re\" \/>\n\t<div class=\"recettetitle\">\n\t\t<strong>R\u00f4ti de porc froid charcuti\u00e8re<\/strong>\n\t\t<br\/><em>Pour 6 \u00e0 8 personnes<\/em>\n\t\t<div class=\"ingredients\">\n\t\t\t<br>1 kg de r\u00f4ti de longe de porc (ou filet de porc)\n<br>1 carotte\n<br>1 oignon\n<br>1 gousse d&rsquo;ail\n<br>1 branche de thym\n<br>1 feuille de laurier\n<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale\n<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe ou 10 g de beurre\n<br>Sel et poivre\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"recette\">\n\t\t<p>\u00c9plucher la carotte, l&rsquo;oignon et la gousse d&rsquo;ail.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une casserole, chauffer l&rsquo;huile et le beurre. Quand les corps gras sont bien chaud, faire dor\u00e9 sur toutes les faces le r\u00f4ti de porc. Ajouter la carottes, oignon et l&rsquo;ail.<\/p>\n<p>Quand le r\u00f4ti est dor\u00e9, couvrir d&rsquo;eau chaude. Saler et poivrer. Ajouter le thym et la feuille de laurier. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et r\u00e9duire le feu. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer jusqu&rsquo;au moment de servir.
