J&rsquo;h\u00e9sitais quand m\u00eame \u00e0 la r\u00e9aliser puisqu&rsquo;elle contenait des p\u00e9toncles (noix de St-Jacques). Il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, je raffolais des p\u00e9toncles et un jour, j&rsquo;ai mang\u00e9 ces fruits de mer baignant dans une sauce au vin blanc et au poivron&#8230; Ce plat m&rsquo;a terriblement marqu\u00e9e et je n&rsquo;ai plus jamais mang\u00e9 de p\u00e9toncles.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me, j&rsquo;ai remplac\u00e9 les fruits de mer par du saumon. Le r\u00e9sultat est fabuleux : c&rsquo;est go\u00fbteux, plein de parfums et de saveurs. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>Couper, sur l\u2019\u00e9paisseur, le filet de saumon en tranche de 4-5 mm (\u00bc de pouce) d\u2019\u00e9paisseur. Quand l&rsquo;huile est bien chaude, faire cuire les tranches de saumon pendant 2 \u00e0 3 minutes sur chaque face.
