Il y avait bien longtemps que je n&rsquo;avais pas \u00e9t\u00e9 fi\u00e9vreuse et mis \u00ab K.O. \u00bb par une grippe. Vous comprendrez que je ne m\u2019\u00e9terniserai pas aujourd&rsquo;hui.<\/p>\n<p>Une recette de soupe aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 des plus appropri\u00e9es, mais j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour une recette simple et qui ne demande pas beaucoup de travail : des boulettes au 7up. J&rsquo;ai pris cette <a href=\"http:\/\/www.recettes.qc.ca\/livre\/recette.php?id=184075\">recette<\/a> sur le site de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.recettes.qc.ca\/\">Recettes du Qu\u00e9bec<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"recettebody\">\n\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgrecette\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2010\/2010.11\/boulettes_7up_petit.jpg\" alt=\"Boulettes en sauce rouge\" title=\"Boulettes en sauce rouge\" \/>\n\t<div class=\"recettetitle\">\n\t\t<strong>Boulettes au 7up<\/strong>\n\t\t<br><em>Pour 3 personnes<\/em>\n\t\t<div class=\"ingredients\">\n\t\t\t<br>300 g de boeuf hach\u00e9\n<br>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de chapelure\n<br>2 tasses ou 500 g de 7up*\n<br>1\u00bc tasse ou 300 g de ketchup\n<br>\u2153 de tasse ou 90 g de sauce chili\n<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 de curry\n<br>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 d&rsquo;oignon en poudre (facultatif)\n<br>Sel et poivre\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"recette\">\n\t\t<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer le boeuf hach\u00e9, la chapelure et la poudre d&rsquo;oignon. Saler et poivrer la pr\u00e9paration. Fa\u00e7onner le m\u00e9lange de viande hach\u00e9e en petite boulette**. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un chaudron, verser le 7up, le ketchup, la sauce chili et le curry. Porter le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Ajouter les boulettes de viande, couvrir et laisser mijoter pendant 90 minutes.<\/p>\n\t\t<div class=\"imginline\" >\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2010\/2010.11\/boulettes_7up_01.jpg\" >\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imginline\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2010\/2010.11\/boulettes_7up_01.jpg\" alt=\"Boulettes au 7up\" title=\"Boulettes au 7up\" \/>\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<\/div>\n<p>Servir bien chaud sur un riz avec des l\u00e9gumes au choix.<\/p>\n<p>*Il est possible d&rsquo;utiliser une autre boisson gazeuse : Sprite, Coka Cola, etc.\n<br>**Si vous le d\u00e9sirez, vous pouvez faire bouillir vos boulettes de viandes pendant 3 minutes pour retirer une partie du gras pr\u00e9sent dans la viande.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Bref, j&rsquo;esp\u00e8re que vous n&rsquo;aurez pas trop de nez \u00e0 consoler.
