Cette recette est tir\u00e9e de la revue <a href=\"http:\/\/tva.canoe.ca\/emissions\/toutsimplementclodine\/\">Tout simplement Claudine<\/a>, volume 5, num\u00e9ro 6 (septembre 2009).<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"recettebody\">\n\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgrecette\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2011\/2011.06\/boulette_peche_petit.JPG\" alt=\"De la viande et de la p\u00eache\" title=\"De la viande et de la p\u00eache\" \/>\n\t<div class=\"recettetitle\">\n\t\t<strong>Boulettes de boeuf aux p\u00eaches<\/strong>\n\t\t<br><em>Pour 3 personnes<\/em>\n\t\t<div class=\"ingredients\">\n\t\t\t<br>300 g de boeuf hach\u00e9\n<br>\u00bc de tasse ou 30 g de pain coup\u00e9e en d\u00e8s*\n<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive\n<br>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sauce chili\n<br>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron\n<br>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cassonade ou de sucre roux\n<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de moutarde pr\u00e9par\u00e9e <br\/>&nbsp;&nbsp;ou de moutarde de Dijon\n<br>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 de sauce soja\n<br>1 petite bo\u00eete de demi-p\u00eaches\n<br>Sel et poivre\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"recette\">\n\t\t<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F).<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer le boeuf hach\u00e9 et le pain. Saler et poivrer. Avec la viande assaisonn\u00e9e, fa\u00e7onner 12 boulettes de m\u00eame taille.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale, verser l&rsquo;huile dans la po\u00eale et mettre sur le feu. Quand l&rsquo;huile est chaude, faire dorer les boulettes de viande sur tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Retirer les boulettes de la po\u00eale et les d\u00e9poser dans un plat allant au four.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la sauce chili, le jus de citron, la cassonade (ou de sucre roux), la moutarde pr\u00e9par\u00e9e (ou la moutarde de Dijon) et la sauce soja. Verser cette pr\u00e9paration sur les boulettes et enfourner pendant 20 \u00e0 25 minutes.<\/p>\n\t\t<div class=\"imginline\" >\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2011\/2011.06\/boulette_peche_01.JPG\" >\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imginline\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2011\/2011.06\/boulette_peche_01.JPG\" alt=\"Boulettes de boeuf aux p\u00eaches\" title=\"Boulettes de boeuf aux p\u00eaches\" \/>\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<\/div>\n<p>D\u00e9poser les demi-p\u00eaches sur les boulettes et poursuivre la cuisson pendant 15 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la viande soit cuite.
