Cette recette vient de Bergamote du blog <a href=\"http:\/\/bergablogue.blogspot.com\/\">Sucrissime<\/a> : les <a href=\"http:\/\/bergablogue.blogspot.com\/2007\/10\/croissants-de-lune-petits-sabls-aux.html\">croissants de lune<\/a><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"recettebody\">\n\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgrecette\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2009.04\/croissants_lune_petit.jpg\" alt=\"Croissants sabl\u00e9s\" title=\"Croissants sabl\u00e9s\" \/>\n\t<div class=\"recettetitle\">\n\t\t<strong>Croissants de lune<\/strong>\n\t\t<br \/><em>Pour 40 biscuits<\/em>\n\t\t<div class=\"ingredients\">\n\t\t\t<br \/> 2 tasses ou 250 g de farine\n<br \/>1\u00bc de tasse ou 100 g de noisettes en poudre*\n<br \/>\u2154 de tasse ou 180 g de beurre mou\n<br \/>\u00bc de tasse et 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 th\u00e9 ou 60 g de sucre\n<br \/>2 jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs\n<br \/>Sucre \u00e0 glacer\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"recette\">\n\t\t<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 150\u00b0C (300\u00b0F).<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la farine, les noisettes en poudre et le sucre. Ajouter le beurre coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux et les jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs.<\/p>\n\t\t<div class=\"imginline\" >\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2009.04\/croissants_lune_01.jpg\" >\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imginline\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2009.04\/croissants_lune_01.jpg\" alt=\"Assiette de croissants de lune\" title=\"Assiette de croissants de lune\" \/>\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<\/div>\n<p>La p\u00e2te doit \u00eatre souple. Former des boudins avec la p\u00e2te et fa\u00e7onner les en petits croissants par exemple. D\u00e9poser les biscuits sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier parchemin. Enfourner et cuire 15 \u00e0 20 minutes. Les c\u00f4t\u00e9s des croissants doivent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la sortie du four, saupoudrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les biscuits avec le sucre \u00e0 glacer. Laisser refroidir et rouler les biscuits dans le sucre \u00e0 glacer restant sur le papier parchemin.<\/p>\n<p>*Il est possible de remplacer les noisettes par des amandes ou des pistaches.
