J&rsquo;ai offre mes services pour participer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration du repas : pour mon plus grand plaisir, ma proposition n&rsquo;est pas tomb\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;oreille d&rsquo;un sourd. On m&rsquo;a demand\u00e9 d&rsquo;apporter un g\u00e2teau sal\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ro. J&rsquo;ai imm\u00e9diatement pens\u00e9 au <a href=\"http:\/\/www.groupemodus.com\/1704-livre-les-gourmandises-d-isa.html\" target=\"_blank\">livre<\/a> d&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/lesgourmandisesdisa.blogspot.com\/\" title=\"Les gourmandises d'Isa\" target=\"_blank\">Isa<\/a> : j&rsquo;avais souvenir d&rsquo;une recette que je m&rsquo;\u00e9tais promis de tester.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai donc pr\u00e9par\u00e9 des petits g\u00e2teaux jambon et <em>La vache qui rit<\/em> ce matin. Facile et rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. De plus, les go\u00fbteurs ont l&rsquo;air d&rsquo;avoir bien appr\u00e9ci\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"recettebody\">\n\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgrecette\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2012\/2012.05\/gateau_jambon_fromage_petit.JPG\" alt=\"Jambon et fromage\" title=\"Jambon et fromage\" \/>\n\t<div class=\"recettetitle\">\n\t\t<strong>Petits g\u00e2teaux jambon et <em>La vache qui rit<\/em><\/strong>\n\t\t<br><em>Pour 12 petits g\u00e2teaux*<\/em>\n\t\t<div class=\"ingredients\">\n\t\t\t<br>1\u00bc tasse ou 150 g de farine\n<br>2\u00bd cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 th\u00e9 de poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te ou de levure chimique\n<br>3 oeufs\n<br>\u00bd tasse et 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 ou 130 g de lait ti\u00e8de\n<br>\u2153 de tasse ou 70 g d&rsquo;huile de tournesol ou de colza (canola)\n<br>1 tasse ou 100 g de mozzarella r\u00e2p\u00e9e\n<br>150 g de jambon cuit, coup\u00e9 en petits cubes**\n<br>8 portions de <em>La vache qui rit<\/em>\n<br>Poivre, au go\u00fbt\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"recette\">\n\t\t<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F). Garnir de caissettes en papier les alv\u00e9oles d&rsquo;un moule \u00e0 muffin.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la farine, la poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te (levure chimique) et le poivre. Ajouter les oeufs et m\u00e9langer. Verser le lait et l&rsquo;huile pour d\u00e9tendre la pr\u00e9paration. Incorporer la mozzarella et le jambon.<\/p>\n\t\t<div class=\"imginline2\" >\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2012\/2012.05\/gateau_jambon_fromage_01.JPG\" >\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imginline2\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2012\/2012.05\/gateau_jambon_fromage_01.JPG\" alt=\"Petits g\u00e2teaux jambon et La vache qui rit\" title=\"Petits g\u00e2teaux jambon et La vache qui rit\" \/>\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<\/div>\n<p>D\u00e9poser une grosse cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de p\u00e2te dans chaque alv\u00e9ole du moule \u00e0 muffin. D\u00e9poser un morceau de <em>La vache qui rit<\/em>, puis recouvrir de p\u00e2te. Enfourner et cuire pendant 25 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le dessus des g\u00e2teaux soit dor\u00e9. D\u00e9guster ti\u00e8de ou froid.<\/p>\n<p>*Selon la taille des alv\u00e9oles de votre moule \u00e0 muffin, vous obtiendrez 8 \u00e0 12 petits g\u00e2teaux. \n<br>**J&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 un jambon \u00e0 sandwich que j&rsquo;ai coup\u00e9 en petits carr\u00e9s.
