Je reprochais au miel suisse d&rsquo;avoir un arri\u00e8re go\u00fbt bois\u00e9, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait avant de trouver un miel qui me pla\u00eet \u00e0 100 % : le miel de printemps! Un go\u00fbt tout doux comme je l&rsquo;aime : bref, je serais capable de le manger \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Pour mettre en valeur mon miel de pr\u00e9dilection, j&rsquo;ai choisi de r\u00e9aliser une recette de petits g\u00e2teaux. J&rsquo;ai pris cette <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ricardocuisine.com\/recettes\/5395-petits-cakes-aux-carottes-et-au-miel\" target=\"_blank\">recette<\/a> dans le magazine <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radio-canada.ca\/emissions\/ricardo\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ricardo<\/a> volume 10, num\u00e9ro 4.<\/p>\n<div class=\"recettebody\">\n\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imgrecette\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2012\/2012.06\/gateau_miel_carotte_petit.JPG\" alt=\"Miel et carotte\" title=\"Miel et carotte\" \/>\n\t<div class=\"recettetitle\">\n\t\t<strong>Petits g\u00e2teaux aux carottes et au miel<\/strong>\n\t\t<br><em>Pour 8 petits g\u00e2teaux<\/em>\n\t\t<div class=\"ingredients\">\n\t\t\t<br>\u00bd tasse ou 60 g de farine\n<br>\u00bc de cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 de poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te ou de levure chimique\n<br>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel\n<br>\u00bc de tasse ou 55 g de beurre non sal\u00e9, fondu\n<br>\u00bc de tasse ou 88 g de miel\n<br>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe ou 25 g de sucre\n<br>\u00bc de cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 d&rsquo;extrait de vanille\n<br>1 oeuf\n<br>\u00bd tasse ou 78 g de carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es finement\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div class=\"recette\">\n\t\t<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F).<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la farine, la poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te (ou la levure chimique) et le sel. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un autre bol, fouetter le beurre, le miel, le sucre et l&rsquo;extrait de vanille. Ajouter l&rsquo;oeuf et m\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration soit homog\u00e8ne. Ajouter la pr\u00e9paration de farine, puis les carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\t\t<div class=\"imginline2\" >\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2012\/2012.06\/gateau_miel_carotte_01.JPG\" >\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"imginline2\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.vsqc.net\/wp-content\/galerie\/2012\/2012.06\/gateau_miel_carotte_01.JPG\" alt=\"Petits g\u00e2teaux aux carottes et au miel\" title=\"Petits g\u00e2teaux aux carottes et au miel\" \/>\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<\/div>\n<p>Verser la p\u00e2te dans les alv\u00e9oles d\u2019un moule \u00e0 muffin pr\u00e9alablement beurr\u00e9s ou garnis de caissettes en papier. Enfourner et cuire pendant 18 \u00e0 20 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019un cure-dent ins\u00e9r\u00e9 au centre d\u2019un g\u00e2teau en ressorte propre.
